Qualifications

• 2+ years in payroll, accounting, or similar role with data entry responsibilities.
• Experience with ADP Vantage and JD Edwards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel; payroll procedures and taxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidential payroll records and files.
• Manages timecards and time entry in the timekeeping system.
• Updates and organizes payroll information in systems.
• Processes garnishments and support orders.
• Performs weekly and quarterly payroll reconciliations.
• Reviews New Hire information for accuracy.
• Assists with state/local tax setup.
• Processes final checks for terminated employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
