Job summary

Colonial Metals Group seeks an Account Executive to educate clients on precious metals and to build lasting relationships. You will handle 200+ outbound calls daily and respond to inbound inquiries with a customer-first approach.

Based in Los Angeles, you will stay informed on market trends and provide timely market updates while collaborating with an internal sales team. Relocation to LA is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in precious metals or a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Experience dialing 200+ calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on the importance of precious metals.
• Build relationships with clients and peers to ensure transactions are handled with a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a customer-centred mindset: "The Customer Is Always Right".
• Make 200+ outbound calls and handle inbound calls to interested clients nationwide.
• Stay up to date with market trends, national and international financial news.
• Provide market updates and answer account-related questions to clients at any given time.
• Reside within driving distance to the office.
