Job summary

CMC in Colorado seeks a senior sales professional to grow our market share in construction reinforcement products. You will develop relationships with executives and site leaders, manage quotations and terms, and drive profitable orders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time on-site role offering bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to prepare and review standard engineering documentation.
• Background in Technical Sales, Engineering, or Construction with site civil projects or related sales.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with a CRM tool.

Responsibilities

• Compile market information to validate market share and segmentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal customers.
• Develop sales that meet product mix and market share targets.
• Engage with customers from Executives to Site Foremen to identify decisions.
• Manage quotations, design, lead times, delivery, and payment terms.
