Farah & Farah seeks a dedicated Pre-Suit Attorney to gather documents, draft demand letters, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with a team. You will manage a full caseload, supervise a legal assistant, and maintain client communication throughout the process.

You will verify insurance coverage, supervise medical coordination, and perform thorough case investigations, ensuring accurate data entry and file preparation for demand writers.

Qualifications

• Active member of the Georgia Bar Association in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to empathize and interact effectively with clients during challenging times.

Responsibilities

• Gather essential documents and evidence related to claims.
• Draft demand letters and facilitate negotiations with clients and teams.
• Manage and negotiate cases with insurance companies.
• Handle a full caseload and supervise a full-time legal assistant.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and establish initial contact for new files.
• Conduct thorough investigations, enter data into the ATO database, and verify insurance coverage.
• Oversee client medical care and coordinate with medical professionals.
• Schedule medical appointments and explain procedures to clients.
• Monitor case status and organize case files for demand writers.
