BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney in its Richmond, VA office to manage pre-litigation work for personal injury matters. You will guide clients, oversee 6-10 Case Managers, and drive compliance while drafting and filing pre-litigation documents.

Ideal candidates have a law degree, active VA Bar membership, 2+ years of PI experience, and strong writing and advocacy skills to contribute to trial team goals.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active VA State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily for personal injury matters.
• Guide clients through the case process and prepare filings.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents and TD approvals.
• Oversee a team of 6-10 Case Managers and drive KPIs.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
• Ensure compliance and quality control across pre-suit activities.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily
• Complete Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Drive compliance and KPIs among team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the VA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
