Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Gainesville, FL seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation for personal injury cases, including motor vehicle incidents, and to lead a team of Case Managers. The attorney will oversee drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, guide clients through the process, and drive KPIs while preparing for trial team participation.

Active Florida Bar membership and 2+ years of PI experience are required; strong writing, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications
