BCG Attorney Search seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join the Washington, DC team. The role centers on managing pre-litigation work, guiding clients, and negotiating settlements in automotive injury matters.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Case Managers, ensure timely pre-litigation progress, and maintain high standards of client service and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active DC State Bar Association membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of premises or personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.

• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
