Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney for its Houston, Texas office. The role focuses on managing pre-litigation processes and guiding clients through their cases, with a primary emphasis on personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate has a JD, Texas bar license, 2+ years of personal injury experience, and strong leadership. You will supervise 6-10 Case Managers, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and coordinate settlement negotiations as part of a trial-focused team.

Responsibilities
