Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation matters in personal injury, primarily motor vehicle cases, provide client guidance, and supervise a team of 6–10 Case Managers.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, active FL Bar, and at least 2 years of PI experience, with strong leadership, writing, and advocacy skills to drive settlement strategy and secure timely resolutions.

Requirements
