Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre‑Suit Attorney for its Savannah, GA office to manage pre‑litigation work and guide clients. You will oversee a team of 6–10 Case Managers and focus on personal injury matters, especially motor vehicle incidents.

The role requires a Law degree, active GA State Bar membership, and 2+ years of personal injury experience. You will lead the team toward KPIs and uphold high standards of client service and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the GA State Bar Association.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Desire to join a trial team and advance long-term goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pre-litigation work on assigned matters daily.
• Oversee the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process and expectations.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents and correspondence.
• Approve liability-related TD determinations.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package development.
• Manage release approval processes.
• Lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers and drive KPIs.
• Ensure compliance and quality across the pre-litigation team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements as needed.
