Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney for its Saint Louis, MO office to manage pre-litigation in personal injury matters including motor vehicle and trucking cases. The role involves guiding clients, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and leading a team of Case Managers.

The ideal candidate has a law degree from an accredited school, active MO Bar membership, and 2+ years of personal injury experience, with strong client service and leadership skills for long-term trial team

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents; oversee release approvals.
• Lead a team of Case Managers (6–10) and drive KPIs.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages.
• Guide clients through the case process and provide updates.

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney for its expanding office in Saint Louis, MO. The role involves managing pre-litigation processes and guiding clients through their cases, focusing primarily on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and trucking cases.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily
• Complete Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages
• Manage release approval process
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Drive compliance and KPIs among team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the MO State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
