Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient liability after pre-certification and ensure pre-service processes are completed prior to arrival.
• Verify benefits with insurance companies via website, phone, or fax.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and gather demographic and insurance information.
• Provide exceptional patient experience with clear information and logistics.
