Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a remote Revenue Cycle/Pre-Certification Specialist to assist patients by communicating with insurance payors to determine eligible benefits and obtain pre-certifications as needed. The role supports patient liability communication and pre-service readiness before scheduled services.

The position requires a High School diploma (Associates/Bachelor preferred) and experience in hospital revenue cycle or related fields. EPIC experience is preferred.
