Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise servers and large IT environments.
• Strong technical communication skills to lead investigations with engineers across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop services product for OEM customers.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and manage them professionally.
• Review legal contracts for service performance obligations.
• Provide quick response and support for issues in production.
• Provide Level 3 support to channel partners, including resellers and distributors.
• Continually develop knowledge-base of current and new products.
• Work with internal teams worldwide to coordinate and resolve issues.
• Travel up to 25%.
