Mesh Connect is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams during the pre-sales lifecycle. You will master demos, APIs, SDKs, best practices, and implementation learnings to enable successful customers and long-term self-service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in sales/solutions engineering or related roles.
• Startup experience valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with APIs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and Coast demo software.
• Knowledge of crypto/fintech incl. blockchain tech.
• Technical skills: Coding, API/SDK, and AI/automation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as solutions/sales engineer to drive rapid implementation and adoption.
• Design and implement pre-sales solutions, including analytics and tech infra.
• Optimize tools and data from Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI self-service solutions.
• Guide customers on SDK and API implementation to accelerate rollouts.
• Triages and resolves technical issues between prospects, customers and internal teams.
• Travel occasionally for strategic customers, company meetings, or events.
