Job summary
Mesh is seeking a Solutions Architect to guide customers from signed contract to live deployments, acting as the technical expert on APIs and SDKs. You will design implementation strategies, mentor customer engineering teams, and build playbooks to accelerate adoption for fintech, iGaming, PSPs, and exchanges.
You will collaborate with Sales and partners across Engineering, Support, and Solutions Engineers while staying current on crypto/fintech trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in solutions engineering or solutions architecture, or related roles
- Strong communicator with customers and cross-functional partners
- Hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations
- Experience leading implementations in startups or scale-up environments
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with crypto/fintech concepts and platforms
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted solutions consultant, guiding successful implementations
- Design and deliver post-sales solutions and playbooks to accelerate value
- Optimize tooling and data to improve workflows and customer experience
- Guide customer engineering teams on API/SDK best practices
- Triage and resolve technical issues to maintain momentum
- Lead deep technical dives and cross-functional collaboration
- Travel occasionally, ~1x/month to support customers
