Job summary

Socure seeks an Associate Solution Consultant to act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation. You will understand client needs and map them to Socure solutions, coordinating with multiple departments to support deals.

You will also lead stakeholder meetings, translate insights into actionable requirements, and help keep Socure's offerings at the industry forefront. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business, engineering, math, economics, CS or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience with financial services, wireless, or credit/fraud risk domains a plus.
• Knowledge of lending regulations (FCRA, ECOA, GLBA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert on external and internal projects and engagements.
• Participate in business development: product presentations, SOWs, pricing.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align resources and priorities.
• Collaborate with executives to solve business problems using cutting-edge tech.
• Flag product innovation ideas to product managers and mentor teammates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
