Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for Core to act as the main technical liaison throughout the sales cycle and product implementation. You’ll become a subject-matter expert on Socure’s core identity verification products and tailor solutions to client needs while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Data Science, Product Development, and Marketing to deliver compelling proposals, POCs, and thought leadership, with travel up to 30%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science or other relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in a professional services consultant, customer management, or sales engineering capacity.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Ability to synthesize complex observations into clear results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales in business development activities, including presenting core products and solutions to prospective clients, and contribute to SOWs and pricing
• Collaborate with Data Science on POC design and execution
• Tailor strategies and recommendations for prospective clients using domain expertise
• Partner with Product Development to surface client feedback for product innovation
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing for blogs and webinars
• Translate between technical and non-technical audiences internally and externally
• Support meetings to align resources and prioritize projects for business impact
• Serve as a day-to-day technical resource on sales engagements for field and channel teams
• Mentor junior Solution Consulting team members
