Job summary

Socure is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant to be the technical point of contact through the sales cycle and product implementation. You will translate client needs into Socure solutions and work with cross-functional teams to support sales of our identity verification products.

This role requires 2+ years in a client-facing role, experience in financial services or wireless sectors, and strong communication plus project-management skills. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in financial services or wireless industries.
• Experience conducting credit/fraud risk analysis.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate with executives and customers.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the day-to-day technical expert on external and internal projects.
• Participates in business development activities, including presentations and SOWs and pricing.
• Lead meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and determine relative priority of projects to maximize business results.
• Work with senior decision-makers using cutting-edge technology to solve significant business problems.
• Funnel concepts for product innovation to product managers.
• Provides project leadership and mentoring to other team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
