Job summary

impact.com seeks an Associate Solutions Architect to bridge business and technical requirements and shape solution designs for SMB prospects. Working with Account Executives, you will demonstrate the platform capabilities, document technical needs, and position impact.com for successful onboarding.

You will deliver tailored product demos, respond to common questions, and escalate complex requirements as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
1–3 years in a tech-focused role within a SaaS or digital marketing company.
Foundational understanding of APIs, JavaScript, and marketing technology platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead structured client-facing conversations.

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives as a pre-sales technical resource for SMB opportunities.
Discover and document prospect technical and product requirements.
Develop solution and integration documentation for prospects.
Deliver structured product demonstrations tailored to SMB use cases.
Respond to standard technical and implementation questions.
Escalate non-standard or complex requirements as needed.
Ensure prospects are positioned for successful onboarding.
