Job summary

Karpel Solutions is seeking a Solution Consultant to lead pre-sales demonstrations and support RFP responses for government, public defender, and court clients. You will tailor demos to prosecutor, public defender, court, and city attorney workflows and translate requirements into compelling narratives.

You will design demo environments, answer technical questions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure accurate content and successful evaluations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales/solution consulting or similar technical sales.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical detail for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in government or criminal justice technology.
• Willingness to travel for client demos and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations tailored to public sector workflows.
• Translate prospect requirements into demo narratives addressing needs.
• Design and maintain demo environments and sample data reflecting real office scenarios.
• Respond to technical questions on functionality, integrations, security, and implementation.
• Assist with RFP, RFI, RFQ responses with technical and functional sections.
• Maintain and update a library of RFP content covering product capabilities, security, and implementation approach.
• Coordinate with Sales Ops and product teams to keep content accurate as the platform evolves.
• Review draft responses for completeness and alignment with demonstrated content.
• Partner with Account Executives during discovery to identify technical requirements.
• Attend finalist presentations and technical evaluations alongside the sales team.
• Maintain deep working knowledge of PbK, DbK and KAi.
• Stay current on criminal justice and civil workflows and procurement requirements.
• Relay recurring prospect feedback to the product team.
