Job summary

Karpel Solutions seeks a Solution Consultant to lead pre-sales demonstrations, design responsive demos, and translate client requirements into actionable product narratives across our PbK, DbK, and KAi platform.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, support RFP responses, and stay current on criminal justice workflows to tailor solutions for prosecutor, public defender, court, and city attorney offices. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in a pre-sales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or similar technical sales role.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting RFP, RFI, or RFQ responses.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in government, public sector, or criminal justice technology.
Willingness to travel for client demos, finalist presentations, and conferences as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead product demonstrations for prospective clients, tailoring each demo to workflows and priorities of prosecutor, public defender, court, and city attorney offices.
Translate prospect requirements into a demo narrative showing how Karpel's platform, including KAi, addresses needs.
Design and maintain demo environments and sample datasets reflecting realistic office scenarios.
Respond to technical questions from prospects on functionality, integrations, security, and implementation.
Assist with RFP, RFI, RFQ responses, including technical and functional requirement sections.
