Job summary

Fenix24 is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect for Argos99 to champion the technical discovery process, shape deployment strategies, and translate findings into compelling service opportunities across backup, identity, and security offerings. You will collaborate with sales and implementation teams to drive engagements from discovery through to RFP responses and final proposals.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or pre-sales solutions architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead client conversations as strategic advisor on Argos99’s solution, benefits, and value proposition at technical and executive levels.
Conduct in-depth technical discovery to map client infrastructure, network, sites, and cloud footprint (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Translate discovery into a deployment strategy and validate scope with the Implementation team.
Convert observations into actionable sales motions across Managed Backup, Managed Identity, and other services.
Partner with Account Executives from discovery to close, lead demos and POC design, respond to RFPs/RFIs.
Advise clients on ROI, fit, and implementation feasibility; address technical, security, and integration questions.
