You will engage with families to provide personalized service, generate revenue through cemetery and pre-need arrangements, and serve as the primary contact for families. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and driving is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education/experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation with daily prospecting time.
• Obtain referrals from families served.
• Explain and present to families.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare for appointments and perform procedures professionally.
• Follow through on customer problems and requests.
• Educate families on pre-planning benefits and referrals.
