SCI is seeking a Family Service Counselor in Everett, WA to support client families with at-need cemetery arrangements and pre-need products. You will generate leads, obtain referrals, and build trust with families through empathetic, personalized service.

In this role, you’ll work with funeral directors and staff to ensure seamless, high‑quality service, manage appointments, and nurture ongoing relationships to protect families and drive revenue.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of college or education and experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
