Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and driving frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation with daily prospecting commitments.
• Obtain referrals from families served and build community relationships.
• Explain and present presentations to families and referrals.
• Maintain activity levels and track productivity.
• Build trust-based relationships to earn referrals and protect families through education on pre-planning.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly, respectfully and professionally.
