Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to focus on acquiring pre-owned vehicles directly from customers. You will leverage diverse lead sources and data mining tools while collaborating with sales managers to meet profit goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to learn data mining tools like eLeads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome service customers in the lounge and reach out by phone, email, and text.
• Offer a complimentary appraisal to every service customer and perform appraisals in VinCue.
• Collaborate with the Used Car Manager on appraisals.
• Invite customers to check out or test drive the latest Subaru models.
• Share benefits of upgrading to encourage a trade or sale.
• Uncover acquisition opportunities through channels including CarGurus.
• Print daily handouts and coordinate with service on documentation flow.
• Manage STUA program materials and related opportunities.
• Hand customers off to a sales consultant smoothly.
• Keep records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Help create introductory videos explaining our services and process.
• Track and report acquisition results daily, weekly, and monthly.
