Job summary

Sheehy Ford of Ashland is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to grow our pre-owned vehicle inventory by proactively identifying opportunities and engaging leads. You will leverage data mining tools, CRM systems, and internal referrals to drive acquisition and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes persuasive communication, strong follow-up, and relationship-driven outreach in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Training is provided, with no automotive experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven strength in lead handling, prospecting, or data-driven sales/outreach.
• Experience using or quickly learning CRM and data mining tools (eLeads, experience a plus).
• Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead pipeline by proactively identifying opportunities using data mining tools and referrals.
• Provide excellent lead handling with quick responses and consistent follow-up via multiple channels.
• Use data to uncover equity positions, upgrade opportunities, and acquisition targets.
• Engage customers to communicate value and guide them through the selling process.
