Sheehy Subaru of Hagerstown is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to drive pre-owned vehicle acquisitions directly from customers. You will leverage data mining tools and multiple lead sources to identify opportunities while coordinating with sales managers to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience desired but not required.
• Ability to learn data mining tools such as eLeads.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome service customers in the lounge and reach out by phone, email, and text.
• Offer a complimentary appraisal to service customers and perform appraisals in VinCue.
• Collaborate with the Used Car Manager on appraisals.
• Invite customers to check out or test drive Subaru models.
• Share the benefits of upgrading to encourage a trade or sale.
• Uncover acquisition opportunities through channels including CarGurus.
• Print daily handouts and partner with service on documentation flow.
• Distribute and manage STUA program materials and related opportunities.
• Hand customers off to a sales consultant smoothly to avoid starting over.
• Keep experience consistent from appraisal through sale.
