Job summary

MileOne Autogroup's Hall Honda Virginia Beach is seeking a motivated Pre-Owned Sales Associate to help customers explore used vehicles, demonstrate features, and tailor options to their needs. You will build relationships via email, phone, and web requests while delivering exceptional service before and after the sale.

This role offers strong earning potential with a base salary plus commission, ongoing training, career advancement opportunities, and access to an extensive vehicle inventory

Qualifications

• Self-starter with initiative and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Sales or commission-based experience in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and no major violations in recent years.

• Sales or related commission-based experience in a retail or hospitality industry
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Valid Driver's License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years
