Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a Sales Specialist to join a high-energy automotive sales team. You will start with a $4,500 monthly guarantee during training and have the opportunity to exceed six figures as you learn our systems and processes.

The role requires presenting vehicle features, negotiating prices, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Expect long hours, weekend work, and continuous product training with strong advancement potential within MileOne’s network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Present features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• Negotiate price and present pricing options.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients via email, phone, and online requests.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• Be willing to work 50+ hours per week, including Saturdays.

Specialists will start with a $4500/month guarantee while in training to make sure they can thrive while learning our systems and processes. While this position can be hour-intensive, top associates make over $100,000 a year!

Automotive Sales Specialists must be willing to:

• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of selected vehicles.
• Be committed to customer service before and after the sale.
• Maintain consistent contact with clients with email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and be comfortable negotiating price.
• Work 50+ hours/week, which includes every Saturday (and having a day off during the week instead).

Requirements for Automotive Sales Specialists:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Equivalent sales-specific experience may be considered in lieu of degree Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience in high-energy environment
• Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major driving violations in last 3 years (DUI, reckless, etc.)
• Completion of pre-requisiite assessment for consideration of interview
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
