Job summary

Heritage Honda Westminster is seeking motivated, Spanish‑bilingual Sales Associates to join our growing team. No prior automotive sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and mentoring from top automotive trainers to help you succeed, whether you are new to sales or expanding your career.

You will help customers in Spanish and English, present vehicle features, discuss pricing and financing, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English; ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation and customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or commission-based roles is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology to prospective customers.
• Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via calls, emails, internet inquiries, and other lead sources.
• Explain vehicle pricing, financing options, and available products and services.
• Negotiate pricing professionally to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain an ethical, professional, and customer-focused approach to all business activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Honda vehicles, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Job Description Heritage Honda Westminster is now hiring motivated, customer-focused Spanish-Bilingual Sales Associates to join our growing team. Whether you are new to sales or have previous automotive sales experience, we want to hear from you! No previous automotive sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentoring from some of the top automotive trainers in the industry. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills are required to assist our diverse customer base and provide an exceptional buying experience.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
