MileOne Autogroup in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking an Automotive Mastermind to convert phone, text, and internet leads into scheduled visits. You will log all activity and manage follow-ups in the CRM daily while staying current on inventory and offers.

Job Description Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City has a new opportunity available for a seasoned sales professional who is ready to take the leap into the automotive industry. Former BDC experience in automotive would be a definite plus, but strong call center or other cold-calling experience would be a plus. The associate hired for this role will become an Automotive Mastermind. The Automotive Mastermind representative acts as the primary connection between prospective buyers and the dealership. Unlike floor salespeople who close deals in person, a Mastermind will focus on converting phone calls, texts, and internet leads into scheduled visits. This role requires strategic thinking, strong technical skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry and customer relationship management. The associate will be responsible for making 100 or more outgoing phone calls daily, and we are looking for an experienced, reliable representative who understands the accountability required for this position.

The schedule for this role is 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, with one Saturday required at the end of the month.
