Job summary

indiGO Auto Group’s Porsche Fort Collins is seeking a full-time Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used-vehicle operations. You will work with sales staff to optimize prospects, manage the sales desk, and coordinate inventory and pricing using market tools.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of used-car management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and familiarity with vAuto or Tekion.

Qualifications

• Two years of used-car management experience with measurable performance.
• Porsche experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with vAuto and Tekion preferred.
• Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willing to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily with prospects and sales processes.
• Run the sales desk focusing on customer needs.
• Lead weekly training for sales staff.
• Run sales meetings with the New Car Manager.
• Use CRM to record opportunities and follow up.
• Maintain pre-owned inventory and pricing.
• Oversee pre-owned purchasing and selling.
• Coordinate reconditioning and website inventory.
• Report progress to GM daily.
