Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Pre-Owned Sales Manager for the Porsche Fort Collins team. You will work with sales professionals to optimize prospects, manage the desk, and train staff on processes and inventory management.

You will lead CRM-based follow-ups, oversee pre-owned pricing and reconditioning, and drive KPI achievement while coordinating with the GM. Fort Collins location offers a dynamic automotive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years used car management experience.
• Porsche experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with vAuto and Tekion preferred.
• Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills. These skills may be tested.
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with salespeople to support working prospects and future business.
• Lead the sales desk to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct weekly training with sales staff on processes, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Run sales meetings with the new cars manager and team.
• Utilize CRM to record opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Implement and track processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain an adequate pre-owned inventory.
• Oversee wholesale purchasing and selling of pre-owned vehicles.
• Supervise reconditioning and pricing using market tools.
• Maintain the pre-owned website and inventory documentation.
• Report all pre-owned vehicle activity per manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare required documents for the business office and close deals.
