Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead a high-performing used-vehicle team and deliver a superior customer buying experience. The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and aggressive goal attainment with a strong pay plan for the right leader.

The candidate will oversee wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing, forecast sales and expenses, and maintain lender relationships while ensuring compliance with regulations and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or managing a Pre Owned Vehicle Department.
• Knowledge of finance operations and bank programs.
• Ability to create excellent lender relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the used car department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.
• Forecast goals and objectives for pre-owned vehicle sales, gross and expenses monthly and yearly.
• Close deals effectively and work with lenders.
• Ensure high standards for vehicle delivery to customers and compliance with dealership policies.
• Communicate clearly with customers, subordinates and management.
