Findlay Volvo is seeking an experienced Used Car Manager/Director to lead and grow our pre-owned operation. You will be a hands-on leader responsible for acquiring the right inventory, optimizing price strategy, and driving profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role requires proven success in a volume franchised dealership, with the ability to develop team members and cultivate a performance-driven culture.

• Proven track record leading a high-volume pre-owned operation.
• Strong appraisal, acquisition, pricing and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Acquisition: develop and execute a disciplined purchase strategy through trade-ins, off-lease programs, online auctions and trade-up programs.
• Online Pricing Strategy: use market data and tools to maximize sales velocity.
• Inventory Management: maintain optimal levels, monitor aging and maximize turn rate.
• Profitability and Performance: drive used vehicle sales, front-end gross, department profitability and ROI.
