Responsibilities

• Inventory Acquisition: Develop and execute a disciplined purchase strategy through trade-ins, Volvo 360 off lease program, online auctions and through our Service to Sales service drive trade-up program.
• Online Pricing Strategy: Follow a strategy that utilizes market data using v-Auto and industry tools to make sound pricing decisions to maximize sales velocity.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor aging and maximizing turn rate.
• Profitability and Performance: Drive used vehicle sales, front-end gross, total departmental profitability and overall inventory return on investment.

We're seeking an experienced results driven Used Car Manager to lead and grow our pre-owned operation at our luxury dealership. Must be a hands on leader who understands how to acquire the right inventory, manage turn and gross profit. All delivering an exceptional customer experience.
