Step One Automotive in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Used Car Manager to drive the pre-owned department’s performance and customer satisfaction.

You will forecast monthly and annual sales, manage inventory, coach sales staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality reconditioning and presentation of vehicles for sale. The role requires leadership, organization, and a strong focus on profitability and integrity.
