Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota.
• Present Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide electronic PowerPoint presentations to consumers, informing them of at-need cemetery and pre-need services and products.
• Influence consumers on the benefits of pre-planning and encourage soft close.
• Guide and tour prospective families through cemetery grounds or crematory mausoleums, listening to needs and discussing options.
• Develop an understanding of each family’s unique needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
• Provide service beyond expectations to form the foundation for future sales and promote the SCI Brand and service excellence.
• Follow company processes and thoroughly complete contracts; address final questions.
