Finch Legal is seeking a Case Manager to advance pre-litigation work, opening claims, collecting medical records, and resolving lien issues to support attorneys with complete information. This role emphasizes fast, precise operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should have 2+ years in PI law or legal operations, be process-driven, and able to work Pacific Time hours. Remote work from other time zones is possible while staying aligned with PT schedule.
Competenze
- 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required).
- Able to work Pacific Time hours.
Mansioni
- Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers.
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports.
- Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting.
- Identify and fix operational bottleneck.
