Job summary

Finch Legal is seeking a Case Manager to drive pre-litigation tasks for personal injury claims. You’ll open insurance claims, coordinate medical records and police reports, and resolve lien issues so attorneys have complete, timely information.

You'll partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting, identify bottlenecks, and maintain strong client communication in a fast-paced environment. Spanish/English bilingualism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Are process-driven and detail-oriented
• Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

This Role

Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation-opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.

What You'll Do:

Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000 annual salary + equity
