Job summary

Finch Legal is seeking an experienced Case Manager to help move cases forward efficiently in a personal injury context. You will open claims, coordinate medical records, obtain police reports, and resolve lien issues while working within Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in personal injury law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and effective communicator with clients and attorneys.
• Ability to work Pacific Time hours; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Open claims and initiate the case management workflow.
• Manage medical record requests and secure necessary reports.
• Obtain police reports and coordinate lien resolution as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Compensation:

• $60,000 – $85,000 annual salary plus equity.
