Job summary

Wake County Public School System is seeking an Instructional Assistant-Pre-K to support both General and Special Education, with possible Title I assignments. The role focuses on assisting teachers, preparing materials, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for diverse prek students.

Assignments may split across Pre-K General Education, Special Education, and Title I sites. A high school diploma and progress toward a related associate degree or a CDA are required; CPI training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructional activities and support classroom teachers.
