Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; pursuing an Associate degree or CDA recommended.
• ESSA Title I requirements must be met for Title I schools.
• Maintain CPI certification as required by position.
• Ability to protect student confidentiality under FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional activities and planning.
• Prepare and organize materials for lessons.
• Supervise students and maintain a safe classroom environment.
