Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation, with LaserPro preferred.
• Broad knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle heavy volumes under deadline pressure.
• Proficient PC and technical skills for documentation tasks.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents supporting approved terms and conditions.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal, and modified loans.
• Produce complete loan document packages with notes, agreements and perfection documents.
• Assist with third-party services including UCC filings and flood determinations.
• Serve as a resource on documentation, policy or procedural issues.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and suggest resolutions.
• Participate in pre-closing and compliance trainings and projects.
• Support Department Manager and assist with bank initiatives and staff training.
