You will verify required documents, ensure adherence to documented terms and bank policy, coordinate with lenders and third parties, and provide guidance to lending staff to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• Broad knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes under deadline pressure.
• Proficient PC and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents supporting approved terms and conditions.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans.
• Produce complete loan document packages including notes and security documents.
• Assist with third-party services (UCC filings, flood determinations, etc.).
• Provide guidance to lending personnel on documentation and policy.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and propose resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions and projects.
• Support Department Manager and bank initiatives.
