• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• Broad knowledge in loan compliance and regulatory requirements for consumer and non-real estate commercial loans.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle heavy volumes of work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents to support approved terms and conditions, including entity and collateral documentation and adherence to approved terms.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans using internal documentation software.
• Produce complete and enforceable loan document packages (notes, loan agreements, security documents).
• Assist with third-party services (UCC filings, flood determinations, Secretary of State standings).
• Provide guidance to lending personnel on documentation, policy, or procedures.
