Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• Broad knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle heavy volumes of work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents to support approved terms and conditions, including entity and collateral documentation and adherence to approved terms.
• Prepare documentation for new, renewal and modified loans using internal documentation software.
• Produce complete, accurate loan document packages including notes, loan agreements, and security documents for collateral lien perfection.
• Assist with third-party services such as UCC filings, flood determinations, and Secretary of State standings.
• Serve as a resource to lending personnel by providing guidance on documentation, policy or procedural issues.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and make recommendations for resolution.
• Participate in training sessions, webinars and projects related to pre-closing and compliance.
• Support Department Manager and assist with training of bank lending personnel.
