Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• Broad knowledge in loan compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle heavy volumes of work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient PC and technical skills to perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan documents required to support approved terms and conditions.
• Prepare documentation for all new, renewal and modified loans.
• Produce complete, accurate loan document packages including notes, loan agreements and financing statements.
• Assist with third-party services and external documentation as required.
• Serve as a resource to lending personnel on documentation, policy or process issues.
• Notify lenders of potential problems and propose resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions related to pre-closing and compliance.
• Support Department Manager and assist with bank initiatives and training.
